This is active recovery, not passive rest. Sessions emphasize breath, control, and intentional movement to help your body recover from training stress while maintaining strength, capability, and readiness for the next session.

Low-impact, high-tension training that blends calisthenics hangs and animal movement to build grip strength, joint resilience, and calm control under deep lactic fatigue.
