APE SHIT is raw, high-output conditioning with nothing held back. This class is built around aggressive full-body work, animal-style movement, and sustained effort that drives your heart rate up and keeps it there. Expect heavy breathing, burning muscles, and the kind of fatigue that forces you to stay present.

Training is simple, brutal, and effective. Movements are athletic and primal: crawling, carrying, jumping, pushing, pulling, combined in demanding formats that test both physical capacity and mental resilience. There’s no coasting here. You work, you adapt, and you push past limits you didn’t think were movable.

APE SHIT is as much mental as it is physical. It builds the ability to stay composed under stress, keep moving when it gets uncomfortable, and finish strong when quitting would be easier. You’ll leave exhausted, clear-headed, and knowing you earned every drop of sweat.

Cory Gooch

Cory Gooch is a seasoned performance coach with nearly two decades of experience across strength training, hybrid fitness, and athletic development. With a background in competitive swimming, rugby league, and surf lifesaving, Cory brings a deep respect for movement, discipline, and work ethic into every session.

His coaching blends physical performance with mental resilience, emphasizing longevity, adaptability, and purpose-driven training. Known for building real rapport and understanding the why behind the work, Cory helps athletes move better, train smarter, and show up stronger—inside and outside the gym.
