Calisthenics at KONG is about mastering your own body through control, tension, and precision. This class focuses on fundamental and advanced bodyweight movements that build real strength without relying on machines or momentum. Every rep demands intention, stability, and awareness.

You’ll train pushing, pulling, hanging, and bracing patterns that develop powerful upper-body strength, resilient joints, and total-body control. Progressions are layered so athletes can scale intelligently while still being challenged, emphasizing quality movement over ego lifting.

Calisthenics builds strength that transfers—strong shoulders, durable elbows, serious grip, and the ability to move your body through space with confidence. It’s minimalist, demanding, and brutally honest. If you want strength you can feel, control, and own, this is where you earn it.

Calisthenics & Boxing Coach

Carrie Baxter

Carrie is a personal trainer and movement coach with over a decade of experience coaching in some of London’s most renowned gyms. Her background spans strength training, HYROX, gymnastics-based calisthenics, and western boxing.

She specialises in building strong, capable bodies through bodyweight and functional strength training. Using principles from gymnastics strength and conditioning, Carrie helps clients improve movement quality, coordination, joint resilience, and overall physical performance.

Her boxing coaching focuses on western boxing fundamentals, developing efficient movement, conditioning, and confidence – making boxing accessible, effective, and performance-driven for all fitness levels.
