Lactic Jungle is controlled suffering. This class blends calisthenics hangs with animal movement, flowing between bars, rigs, and the floor in a continuous, low-impact grind. There’s no running and no pounding—just time under tension, deep breathing, and the kind of lactic buildup that forces patience, control, and humility.

You’ll develop serious grip endurance, pulling strength, joint resilience, and body awareness while staying grounded and deliberate. It’s intense without being reckless, demanding without being destructive. Lactic Jungle teaches you to stay calm when the burn sets in, move well under fatigue, and recover stronger than you came in.

Carrie Baxter

Calisthenics & Boxing Coach

Carrie is a personal trainer and movement coach with over a decade of experience coaching in some of London’s most renowned gyms. Her background spans strength training, HYROX, gymnastics-based calisthenics, and western boxing.

She specialises in building strong, capable bodies through bodyweight and functional strength training. Using principles from gymnastics strength and conditioning, Carrie helps clients improve movement quality, coordination, joint resilience, and overall physical performance.

Her boxing coaching focuses on western boxing fundamentals, developing efficient movement, conditioning, and confidence – making boxing accessible, effective, and performance-driven for all fitness levels.
