Recovery and Mobility at KONG are about keeping your body moving well so you can keep training hard. These classes focus on restoring range of motion, improving joint health, and promoting quality movement without compromising strength.

 

This is active recovery, not passive rest. Sessions emphasize breath, control, and intentional movement to help your body recover from training stress while maintaining strength, capability, and readiness for the next session.

 

Recovery and Mobility support longevity, performance, and consistency. Train hard when it’s time. Move well so you can keep showing up.
