Stephen is an attorney, author of Hospitality Law and Intelligent Emotions, and coauthor of Restaurant Law Basics. A professor at the University of Houston Conrad N. Hilton College, he brings more than 20 years of hospitality operations experience spanning line positions, management, and ownership. A nationally recognized speaker and Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE), Professor Barth has received numerous honors for teaching excellence, including the University of Houston’s highest teaching award.
